INDUSTRIJA STAKLA PANCEVO is one of the oldest manufactures of the flat glass in the south-eastern of Europe.

It was founded on 9 September 1930 under the name of the FIRST MECHANICAL WINDOW GLASS FACTORY S.C., with its head office in Belgrade. The decision on the construction of a contemporary factory of the mechanically-produced glasswas brought by the "SAINT GOBAIN" company - France, although the capital was also invested by the companies "VITREA" - Czechoslovakia and "UNITBELL" - Belgium.

After the World War II, the INDUSTRIJA STAKLA PANCEVO operated at first as the state enterprise and thereafter as a socially-owned entreprise.

INDUSTRIJA STAKLA PANCEVO manufactures:

safety glass for automotive industry
domestic appliances
civil engeneering and special purposes,
thermo-insulating glass for civil engineenering,
ampoules and vials for pharmaceutic industry.
