MEVEX d.o.o. Novi Sad Serbia has been founded in November 1992. on the behalf of DVM Marko and DVM Maja Samokovlija. Leaded by idea of developing small but ever growing family business in field of animal medicines and feed, they invested all their knowledge and skills.

DVM Marko Samokovlija started his career as a field veterinarian in Valjevo- Mionica. For many years he worked as a consultant- sales manager for pharmaceutical company Krka, Novo Mesto, Slovenia. DVM Maja Samokovlija worked in pharmaceutical sales company Vetprom, Novi Sad. Than in 1992. Mevex d.o.o has been founded. During years company and the number of employees grew. With the idea of enlarging the product spectrum the first veterinary pharmacy and pet shop was opened as a direct line of sales to customers in 1996.

Today Mevex d.o.o. is situated in COMMERCIAL PART OF NOVI SAD IN 580M2 of offices, storage and lecture room. In the chain of direct sales to customers there are 3 veterinary pharmacies, pet shops and a grooming saloon for pets. In all 5 veterinarians, 3 veterinarian tecnitians, 4 sales workers, 3 support personnel and 2 professional groomers give their best to ensure quality policy and the high standards of products and services given to customers.

Mevex d.o.o. is a distibuter in Vojvodina region for many well known brends as Krka, Pfizer,Werft chem., Intervet, Virbac, Bayer, Merial, Hill’s, Bento cronen, Purina Pro plan, Eukanuba, Friskies, Pedigree, Trainer, Royal canine, and have the sales network of pet shops, veterinary pharmacies, practices all around Serbia. Form June 2010. Mevex d.o.o. is importer for Vivog products France, Chemifarma Italy medical products and laboratory supstances and equipment.
